PAULINA MORÁN / INTERIOR DESIGNER / MEXICO CITY
Prix Versailles 2017 and 2018
Trained in Europe, she worked for the Italian fashion house Ermenegildo Zegna and, in Mexico, collaborated with the renowned French designer Philippe Starck. A graduate of Universidad Iberoamericana with a specialization in Graphic and Textile Design, Paulina has “dressed” high-end spaces around the world — including yachts and private jets.
She was awarded (for two consecutive years) the global architecture prize granted by UNESCO and the International Union of Architects: the Prix Versailles. The Chablé Resort & Spa in Chocholá —a former henequen hacienda near Mérida, Yucatán— earned her this recognition, both for its guest areas and its signature restaurant, Ixi’im.
